This PoE midspan is a 30W single port solution for powering Kerlink’s Wirnet concentrators with AC power.
It has a white aluminum case with a waterproof power supply terminal block and two RJ45 ports protected by two cable glands. One RJ45 port is for Ethernet input; the other is for Ethernet + Power output.
There is no LEDs for diagnostic functions but the ethernet connectors LEDs are still visible before closing the cables gland.
This PoE injector provides 55Vdc, 550mA with AC input voltage (up to 30W) over the entire temperature range -40°C to 65°C.
Automatic detection and protection of non-standard Ethernet terminals is implemented.
Each line has surge protection.
